Founded by a few close friends and like-minded professionals, Backpack Solutions officially opened for business in July, 2021. Since our inception, we have completed several development projects in Unity. By January 2022, we were fortunate enough to be able to branch out our area of expertise further than just high-level game development. 

We offer a wide array of solution services. Originating in game development, we also offer solutions in IT consulting, cloud services, audio engineering, scoring, film and photography services, and even animation! 

We are a close knit group of like-minded professionals, which means we are always focused on what comes next. We plan to grow as a small company and establish ourselves in this robust industry full of potential and plenty of growth for talented, hard working individuals.

Our base of operations is located in San Antonio, Texas. However, we have individuals from all walks of life and even hailing from different continents. We are easily capable of working with anyone, anywhere!

We boast a wide array of technological skills. We have specialists in XR and mobile devices. We have audio engineers as well as specialists who can manipulate large servers for IT compliance purposes.

We are a small team of developers and engineers. We focus diligently on current projects and put our noses to the grindstone on a daily basis, however we believe in punctuation and transparency with potential clients as well. The average inquiry response time is daily, if not as soon as possible.

Each project order is different, however every order begins with mutual contacting. When you receive an email responding to your inquiry, we set up a meeting and decide what needs to be done to assist your project to completion. Next, we calculate the amount of work perceived to be necessary over a specific amount of time, then discuss pricing for that work. By this time, the client relationship is formed and you enjoy and retain our services until the predetermined end date, or the agreed-upon project completion.  

Each project order is different and requires varying levels of care. Usually the average time is categorized by type of order. We have short term and long term care orders. Short term projects usually take about 7-10 business days to be completely finished.

With each project being accessed on an individual level, it is not possible to give an average price for even a short term care order. Prices are negotiated after the amount of work deemed necessary to complete the task or project is properly calculated.
